The nature of the business of Raines Recruitment & Training is to be able to seek to find potential employment for those who apply to specific vacancies listed on the web site or as a general enquiry.The CV received will be entered on our database, which on occasions may be summarised. We may add to the information obtained from your CV with written or verbal information taken directly from you. The only information added will be that which is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist in the recruitment process. Your CV will not be submitted to prospective clients without your consent. However an abridged version without your name, full address, contact details and previous employers’ names may be submitted to our clients. We understand that if you have a rare skill, it may be possible to identify you even without the identifying information mentioned above. If you do not want us to send profiles out to prospective clients, please contact us at rradmin@raines-online.co.uk.Once Raines have been given the authority to submit a full CV, Raines Recruitment & Training cannot be held responsible for its retention, use or privacy.

Information provided

We may share aggregate information with our long-term business clients for the purpose of understanding of how visitors use the site and developing our business. We will contact you after 3 months to determine your present situation and will ask if you require us to continue to work on your behalf. If you no longer desire our services please contact us via email at recruit@raines-online.co.uk.ArchivingAll business centre enquiry information and all candidate information is archived after 2 years. However if you want your personal data to removed from the Raines Recruitment & Training database, you should contact us via email at recruit@raines-online.co.uk.

Amendment to Privacy Statement

Raines Business Centre,Raines Recruitment & Training may add to or change the above from time to time. You are deemed to have accepted changed or additions when you access the website following any such change or addition.
