Raines Business Centre offers the facility to hire meeting rooms out to you and your company. We have a variety of meeting rooms catering from 2 people to 20 people with seating arrangements to suit both formal and informal meetings. Our professional reception staff will be on hand to greet your staff and / or visitors.

With the flexibility of our meeting rooms we feel the facilities are perfect for each of the following :-

Meeting rooms can be hired on an hourly, half day or full day basis.

There are a number of facilities on offer with each meeting room including :-

Hot and Cold beverages

Refreshments - ranging from biscuits to sandwiches to full buffets

Visual support including white boards, flip charts and screens (please also note projectors are available upon request)

Broadband internet connection both wired and wireless

Access to Professional Secretarial Services – Photocopying, black & white and colour printing,
postage services,stationary supplies etc

Badges for delegates if required

Free Car Parking

Please note that it is advisable that you indicate the number of vehicles that will be arriving at our Business Centre so that arrangements can be made. Please note that if there is a large number of vehicles we are close to various retail parking should our car park become full.

Alternatively, Raines House is 5 minutes walk from Wakefield Westgate station, that has main line connections to both London and Leeds. As well as this numerous other rail connections are available through this station. We can arrange for Delegates to be picked up when necessary.


MEETING ROOMS RATES

Please note that all of our meeting rooms can be booked on a delegate rate or meeting rooms only basis. Catering facilities are available and details are found by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. However, should you require any additional services not mentioned then please feel free to ask and Raines will endeavour to provide a solution.

Delegate Rate (Minimum of 8 persons) £26.00 + VAT per person per day.
