MEETING ROOMS IN WAKEFIELD
Raines Business Centre offers the facility to hire MEETING ROOMS IN WAKEFIELD to you and your company. We have a variety of Meeting rooms in Wakefield to catering from 2 people to 20 people with seating arrangements to suit both formal and informal meetings. Our professional reception staff will be on hand to greet your staff and / or visitors.
With the flexibility of our Meeting Rooms in Wakefield we feel the facilities are perfect for each of the following :-
• General & Board Meetings
• Sales Presentations
• Team Meetings
• Brain Storming Sessions
• Training
• Interviewing
Meeting rooms can be hired on an hourly, half day or full day basis.
There are a number of facilities on offer with each meeting room including :-
• Hot and Cold beverages
• Refreshments - ranging from biscuits to sandwiches to full buffets
• Visual support including white boards, flip charts and screens (please also note projectors are available upon request)
• Broadband internet connection both wired and wireless
• Access to Professional Secretarial Services – Photocopying, black & white and colour printing, postage services, stationary supplies etc
• Badges for delegates if required
• Free Car Parking
Please note that it is advisable that you indicate the number of vehicles that will be arriving at our Business Centre so that arrangements can be made. Please note that if there is a large number of vehicles we are close to various retail parking should our car park become full.
MEETING ROOMS RATES
Please note that all of our meeting rooms can be booked on a delegate rate or meeting rooms only basis. Catering facilities are available and details are found by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. However, should you require any additional services not mentioned then please feel free to ask and Raines will endeavour to provide a solution.
Delegate Rate (Minimum of 8 persons) £26.00 + VAT per person per day.

•Buffet Option B (Buffet C available at extra cost of £1.50 per person)
•Afternoon drinks and cake

Hourly Rate : £20.00 + VAT
Half Day Rate : £70.00 + VAT

Seats up to 10 people
Hourly Rate : £12.00 + VAT
Half Day Rate : £45.00 + VAT
Full Day Rate : £75.00 + VAT

Seats up to 6 people
Hourly Rate : £12.00 + VAT

FAQ
How easy is to book meeting rooms?
It is very easy to book our meeting rooms. It can be done via email, phone or visit to the Centre. You can also use our ‘Request a call back’ facility which is on our website and we will get in touch to discuss the details of your meeting room booking.
Will I receive a confirmation of my meeting room booking?
Yes. We will confirm your meeting rooms booking via email containing all the relevant information in regards to your request.
How long in advance do I need to book meeting rooms?
Depending on the availability of our meeting rooms 1 hour’s notice may be acceptable.
Are they any cancellation charges?
If we receive notice of your cancellation of meeting rooms more than 3 days before the meeting no cancellation charges will occur. Otherwise 50% charge is payable. All cancellations of meeting rooms will be acknowledged by Raines Business Centre by email, fax or letter.
How do I pay for meeting rooms?
For non credit customers payment for facilities is made STRICTLY PRIOR TO DEPARTURE by either Debit/Credit Card, Cheque or Cash. Clients who use the Centre on a regular basis and wish to set up an account may do so by completing a Direct Debit Mandate authorising Raines Business Centre to take payment for any outstanding services on or around the first day of the month following their event.
